IIHA PRESS RELEASE: Junior Hockey Day At The Odyssey Arena (26th November 2011)

Dear All,

The Irish Ice Hockey Association, with the assistance of the Belfast Giants, is pleased to announce that it is organising a Junior Hockey Day at The Odyssey Arena in Belfast Northern Ireland on Saturday, 26th November 2011.

The day is aimed at new and experienced hockey players between the ages of 6 and 16 years of age. As part of the session, players will receive:

• 2 hours of Learn To Play Ice Hockey run by experienced IIHA coaches
• A tour of The Odyssey Arena
• A snack after the on-ice session & food after the tour
• A specially made IIHA T-Shirt and IIHA Goodie Bag to commemorate the day
• Entry to see the Belfast Giant’s take on the Braehead Clan
• Transport to and from The Odyssey Arena via a specially organised bus

The cost per player for the entire day is €30 per player and there are a limited number of spaces available so get your name down early. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

In order to secure your child’s place, please email your child’s name and your contact details to no later than 6:00 pm on Wednesday, 23rd November 2011.
